Civil Litigation Drafting
Where Procedure
Meets Practice
Welcome to the Civil Litigation Drafting Series, an initiative by Ravindra’s Legal aimed at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical litigation skills.
Most law schools teach the theory of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), but few focus on the practical art of drafting — the skill that shapes every civil case. This series is designed for law students, interns, and practicing advocates who wish to learn how to draft civil litigation documents step by step, with real-world formats and guidance from actual court practice.
